The Bride ~

Elizabeth Mae Casey

 

                         

 Elizabeth Casey was born and grew up in Ellijay, GA to Leon and Brenda Casey,

The second child of three, Elizabeth, aka Beth and or Barbie, is a licensed cosmetologist

and worked with her mother in the family business while attending various colleges

eventually graduating with credentials in Accounting. Currently she works for a local

CPA firm not far from the house in Buford, GA.  Beth enjoys sailing, skiing, fishing,

computer games and learning new things as well as her favorite pastime of sleeping. 

She is always up for an adventure.

 

 

 

 

The Groom  ~

John William Shaw

 

            

 

John Shaw was born in Huntington, West Virginia to William and Virginia Shaw.  

The second child of two, grew up in North Carolina and has traveled extensively for work and pleasure.

John attended various institutions of higher learning until he joined a national theater circuit,

first as a manager and eventually progressing into upper management and culminating

his career as an engineer. John left the exhibition side of theatres to work as

CEO and President of Niche Business Solutions, Inc, TicketPro Systems. 

John enjoys his work ( most days ), sailing, skiing, fishing, flying, computers, enjoys working

around the house and creating new and sometimes better ways to do things.

 

 

 

The Matron of Honor  ~

Crystal Burch

 

 

 

Beth and I have been friends for 16 years.  She was the first person to talk to me in school, 3rd Grade.

She didn't care that I cried everyday and that is a true friend.  We are total opposites looks wise

but we just click!  We are both total goofballs. We have been through everything together

and we will always be friends !

 

The Best Man  ~

Norm Bumbieris

  

Norm hails from Perth, Western Australia and relocated to the US in 1999.  Norm and John

met in1992 while working on a theatre together and have been friends ever since.

Sharing many adventures together as well as being business partners,

the pair can bore anyone with tall tales of strange adventures, most of which are based in truth.

Norm currently lives in a suburb of New Orleans, LA.

 

 

 

The Ring Bearers  ~

Catie & Cocoa 

Catie and Cocoa are toy poodles that Beth has had for 5 and 7 years respectively. 
Catie is an apricot toy poodle and the taller of the two.  Cocoa is a chocolate brown toy
poodle and does his best to keep up.  They both came to live with us in Buford late in 2008
and have commandeered the house and yard as their own.  They have adopted John
but only occasionally listen as they are both Beth’s babies.  They enjoy sleeping, chasing
squirrels, birds and chasing anything that moves in their back yard.
 
 

The Attendants  ~

Christine and David Wright

 

Christine and David Wright are the niece and nephew of John. The daughter and son of

John’s sister Gail and brother in-law Richard Wright.  The Wright’s live in New Port Richey, FL

where Christine and David attend Berkeley Preparatory school. 

The pair will be in charge of the ring bearers for the ceremony.


 

The Ushers  ~

Daniel LeBarz


Daniel, while born in NYC, was raised in Paris, France until relocating to the states in 1989.
A serious NASCAR fan, only Dale Jr. ( Notice the hat ). enjoys cruising in his sports car
with the top down. Daniel hopes to travel soon to visit family in Paris and other exotic lands. 
 
Eddie Sanford
 
 

Eddie, a close cousin and dearest friend of Elizabeth and
has accepted John, is currently going to Kennesaw State University
and aspires to have prestegious career as a surgeon at one of the
Nations top facilities.
 
 
The Flower Girls ~

Traci and Erica Haynes, the daughters of Elizabeth's sister, Terri, will be gracing us with their presence at the wedding.
Traci, preparing to begin college in Dalton and studying to be a respiratory specialist and continuing her reign as a general menace to society. 
Erica, attending High School and graduates with the class of 2010 and aspires to work outdoors in Law Enforcement.
