Second Chance Gemini 3400

What kind of galley would not have a microwave ? I chose the
smallest, highest power microwave I could locate. I found it at
Home Depot. I purchase a couple of battery tie downs from West
Marine and anchored it as tightly as possible in the corner of the galley.
It draws 700 watts when run at full power which means the inverter can
operate it when not on shore or generator power. I routed the regular
plug behind the vertical wood just so it would be out of sight. The strap
that secures it in place is great for the cutting board. I have used
it to make some great popcorn and some great Queso Dip.
